v4 · Frido structure · Jobs restraint · token-fraud positioning

BhuMe · Title Check · Pre-booking

Before you pay the token,
know what you're buying.

Frido leads its page with benefits as scannable icons, a sticky CTA, hard price-anchoring, concrete delivery dates and objection-handling FAQ. This screen keeps that skeleton and strips the rest to the bone (no fake countdowns, no gift stacks) — because a fraud-anxious buyer converts on trust and clarity, not urgency. We don't sell a report. We sell peace of mind before the token — and we anchor against the ₹50,000 token (and the lakhs behind it), never against a lawyer. It's a real sample, labelled as one.

What we took from Frido — and what we deliberately left behind

Frido converts through abundance and urgency. A fraud-anxious land buyer converts through trust and clarity. We kept the skeleton, cut the noise.

Kept · Frido

Benefits upfront, as scannable icons

Frido puts feature-icons directly under the hero. We open with a findings strip — but each icon carries a count + verdict (1 active loan, 1 court case), so the first 2 seconds sell the stakes, not just features.

Kept · Frido

Sticky CTA on every screen

The green "Check this land" button never scrolls away, on all three screens — Frido's single most-copied move, on-brand.

Reframed · Frido

Price anchoring → risk anchoring

Frido strikes ₹8,000 → ₹3,999. We never anchor against a lawyer. We anchor ₹999 against the ₹50,000 token (and the lakhs–crores behind it) you'd otherwise commit blind. Honest, and far scarier than a discount.

Kept · Frido

Concrete delivery dates

"Pay today → report by Thu 17 Jul," as a timeline. Frido's order-tracker, applied to kill "when will I get it?" uncertainty.

New vs v3 · Frido

Objection-handling FAQ

Frido's biggest anxiety lever, absent from v3. Answers the three real hesitations: "can't I do this myself?", "what if the seller won't share papers?", "what if it's clean?"

Cut · Jobs restraint

The urgency theatre

Frido's countdown timer, free-gift stack, bank-offer carousel and multiple contact widgets are gone. For a fraud-anxious buyer they read as pressure and erode trust. One message, one CTA.

Design choiceWhat it doesTargets
Outcome-led hero ("know what you're buying before the token")Sells the feeling — peace of mind — not the spec. Sources become proof beneath, not the pitch.Leak #1
Findings strip (signature)Frido's icon row made consequential: count + verdict per source. The hidden loan + court case land in 2 seconds and earn the scroll.Leak #1
Counts-first cards, open by defaultThe full chain & history visible without a tap. Mutations lead as the hook; loans/court get honest red risk framing.Leak #1
Risk anchor (₹999 vs ₹50k token)Makes ₹999 feel trivial against what's at stake — truthfully, and without positioning against a lawyer.Leak #1
Honest "SAMPLE" banner + "Example plot"Never implies it's the user's land. Truthful persuasion for an audience that punishes dark patterns.Leak #1
Nothing locked in the sampleIt's a sample, so court cases & deeds appear in it as the hero — the checks a buyer can't DIY — not behind a paywall.Leak #1
Delivery timeline + trust-icon row + testimonial + FAQFrido's trust stack, trimmed to the four that matter for peace of mind. The testimonial is a token-saved story, not a generic review.Leak #1
No khata re-ask at checkoutKhata auto-filled from the plot (map/nudge/saved/deeplink already carry it). Removes a redundant step before pay.Leak #2
Risk anchor restated at pay + wallet credit shownReinforces value at the decision moment; surfaces credits (also fixes the credit-funded metric blind spot).Leak #2

v4 · hybrid brand on real BhuMe tokens (src/styles/colors.js) · Android-first · sample report · numbers are illustrative.
Positioning: peace of mind before the token; anchor against token/property at risk, never against a lawyer.
Honesty guardrail: sample clearly labelled; every risk/social-proof line must be truthful. Ship behind a flag with a real control holdout · judge on whole-arm conversion incl. credit-funded pays.
