BhuMe · Title Check · Mutations
Every mutation shows its real government record — and there are two kinds. Recent ones come from eFerfar (clean, digital). Older ones come from Aaple Abhilekh as scanned handwritten register pages, transcribed. Seeing the actual 1979 handwriting — the check a buyer can't run themselves — is the trust. The digital-vs-handwritten contrast is itself proof of depth.
All values below are from a real completed session: mutation #2221 (tenancy, 1979-07-24, old ferfar) and #4486 (correction, 2020-02-06, eFerfar). Handwriting is a styled stand-in for the scanned page we already store.

Real docs live in GCS (gs://analysisdumps/.../mutations/*.pdf). App today shows structure + a navigate-away PDF; this brings the scan + verbatim inline, both variants.
Handwriting rendered in a display font as a stand-in for the actual scanned page image we already store.
